- Your item(s) was delayed due to an inventory issue
- Your item(s) are on their way in a separate package
If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, a refund will automatically be placed back on your original form of payment.
If you don't receive your entire order within a week of the original delivery, please contact us and someone on our team will help fix the situation.
