We know you're excited to get your gear as soon as possible and we're here to do our best to make sure your order gets to you.
If your order is being held by UPS, customs or any transfer courier, we cannot instruct the courier to release the delivery or attempt delivery.
This is for security reasons to protect you and make sure the package gets into the right hands.
If you are being faced with a held package, you need to call the courier, provide them with the tracking information, and let them know how they can reach you to successfully deliver the package.
Also note, if you're an international customer, the courier may hold the package until duty and customs fees are paid on the package.
