If your order has shipped but you need to change the delivery/destination address of your package, please follow these steps:
If your order was shipped with UPS:
- Make sure you have your tracking number on hand
- Visit UPS's Delivery Change Request page
- Follow their step-by-step instructions to change the delivery address per their guidelines
- If additional help is required, contact their support team.
If your order was shipped with USPS:
- Make sure you have your tracking number on hand
- Visit USPS's Package Intercept page
- Follow their step-by-step instructions to change the delivery address per their guidelines
- If additional help is required, contact their support team.
Please note: once your order has left our warehouse, there is nothing we can do to change your package's destination, nor can we request, on your behalf or otherwise, to hold, release or authorize any activity pertaining to your package.
