If your order has shipped but you need to change the delivery/destination address of your package, please follow these steps:
If your order was shipped with UPS:
- Make sure you have your tracking number on hand
- Visit UPS's Delivery Change Request page
- Follow their step-by-step instructions to change the delivery address per their guidelines
- If additional help is required, contact their support team.
Alternatively, contact our support team and we may be able to create a delivery address change for you.
If your order was shipped with Passport:
Unfortunately, we are not able to change Passport shipping addresses at this time.
