Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. If you placed an order on Saturday or Sunday, expect it to leave our warehouse by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
NOTE: International orders are picked up once per week, on Fridays, and may experience longer fulfillment times.
You can also see the latest status of your order by clicking “Track My Order” In the confirmation email you received.
You may also receive a notification that your package has shipped but you may not see any movement on your package, it may take 8 hours for UPS’s system to reflect any updates on newly created tracking numbers.
