We understand that sometimes you’re going to want one of our items ASAP for an urgent matter, but upgrading to next-day delivery does not guarantee your item will be packed and processed the same day for next day delivery.
However, if you've placed your order early enough in the day, ideally before 12pm EST, please call us at (855) 205-8356 or message us and we'll try our best to make our warehouse aware of the next-day shipment before they send it out.
We process and pack orders in the order in which they were received and our general turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
Upgrading to next-day delivery does ensure next-day delivery of your package once it has left our warehouse.
Orders placed after 12pm EST Friday through Sunday will not be processed by our warehouse until the following week.
