If you have missed the 90-minute window, our support team will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order.
We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.
If you no longer want the items you ordered, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange or return.
Due to New York State law prohibiting the return of underwear, including briefs and jock straps, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for underwear.
