If you need to cancel your order please do so within 45 minutes via the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you have missed the 45-minute window, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once we receive your request, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If your order has left already left our warehouse by the time we receive your request, we will then need to process a return request to refund your order.
Please note: If your order has left our warehouse before it can be canceled and it contains underwear or jockstraps, we will not be able to process a return or refund on those items.
